Ford Eco boost piston snapping after engine replacement.
Hi I had an engine replacement in 2018 due to coolant issue, now in 2022 a piston has snapped in half in the new engine.
I had a 1 year warranty on new engine which has obviously run out.
Ford will not help as not a common issue.
Does anyone have any advice what to do next.
I have opened a case with customer care and now raised a complaint as customer care cannot do anything.
It is a 1L with 81000 miles on a 2014 plate. How do I need a 3rd engine after the car being 8 years old.
