you will lose low end torque and may have a hesitation in the low and midrange rpm....also your mileage will drop for low speed driving...
you will have about 15 more hp.
if you change the vehicles gears (say 4.10 from 3.21 's), you can get rid of the low rpm issues. power will be up along with your rpm at any given speed...
your fuel mileage will suffer...
