I have a 1999 f800 and I cannot find the obd plug does any body knows where it's at or does it even have one

 

What engine is in the truck?

 

It has a 12valve cummins 5.9

 

When I had an odd set of circumstances with a Cummins unit I checked with a factory authorized service location and they were usually cooperative and would provide info like you are needing. Most Cummins had a diagnostic plug for scan tool use located at the left side of the steering col.just under the edge of the dash above the clutch pedal.

 

Hello, did you ever find your obd plug? I have the same model and year truck and I can’t find mine either
