Default 2004 E150 No brake light and no turn lights

My brake light, turn lights and flasher stops working all at the same time. I did some research and suggested to check the multifunction switch. After checking all the fuses, I also replaced the multifunction switch but the problem still NOT fix.
Now I am trying to check the flasher/relay but I can find it. Can someone please show me where can I find it. Also if you had similar problem in the past, how did you fix it ?

Thank you in advance!

Eric

Some were mounted in the area next to the steering column but behind the dash. It seems they were easier to hear when signals were activated but when the flasher didn't work you couldn't hear where it was.

You said 2004 E150, 4.6L or 5.4L (check my signature below).
Both brake and turn signal lamps all stopped working at the same time?
You ever upgraded to LED bulbs?
On my 98 E150 4.2L the flasher relay is between the under steering column fuse box and brake switch.
Please don't throw parts at it, it takes just a multimeter to diagnose the problem.

I found the flasher relay. Tested it and seems fine. I did not change any bulb. The fuses are all good. I already replaced the multifunction switch. Any other place I need to check ?

Thanks!

Do you have power at the flasher when turn signal is requested and key is on ?
