2005 excursion wipers only work on high, won't park

A good part of the time this problem is within the wiper motor itself.
Some folks have managed to repair the internal problem, most times it is easier to just replace the wiper motor assy.
Keep in mind that wiper motor has been in there over 15 years and depending on use , could be time for replacement.
