2006 F350 6.0 liter won't start

2006 F350 6.0 liter won't start
Good Morning and Happy Easter All
I have a 2006 Ford F350 6.0 liter Diesel with 370000 km on it. The High pressure oil pump has been changed 3 times now, the Stand pipes and Dummie plugs have been changed, the Turbo has been changed, and the Cam sensor.
It will not start. Does any of you Ford enthusiasts have any idea what else could be possibly be wrong. Have spent tons of money on this already and no solution. Can't give up now.
