Default 2006 ford escape xlt blows fuse f11

I keep popping fuse f11 that is inside the engine compartment and I have replaced the 10 amp fuse and it still keeps blowing on me. Now it won't accept the fuse for once I place the new fuse in it's slot. It blows. Help me guys plz. It says it's for my pcm. Whatever that is. Thanks guys I do appreciate all help and replies to this frustrating question.

Welcome to the site..

What engine?

F11 shares circuit protections to quite a few components that are under PCM (vehicles computer) control. Even though the owners manual lists F11 as ‘PCM’ protection for 10 amp. One of the ways to prove it out would be to remove the connector for the individual components one at a time and see if the fuse holds. Or, unplug them all and add them back in in the same manner identifying which pops the fuse. If all of the related components when unplugged prove to not blow the fuse, it may point to the PCM, although not a definite since the others function/control is in part due to the PCM. These other components share a power distribution circuit or wiring ‘splice’ meaning they all share input power from F11

@Hayapower Do you have a wiring diagram for this circuit or at least a list of components that are directly or indirectly powered by this fuse?
I know one outlet goes to the gearbox, one to the air flow meter. Where else?
Thank you in advance for your help!
