Default 2020 Transit Connect Ecoblue No Crank after ABS Module replacement

Hi,

I have a U0415:00-0A code in the PSCM "Invalid data received from anti lock brake system (abs).
So I bought a 2nd hand ABS module which is not accepted by the PCM, P161B:00-27 "Incorrect response from secondary immobilizer module"
All correct part numbers.
When I reconnect the original ABS module the van starts.
I have Forscan and have copied the AS BUILT profile from the original module and to the "new" one.
I have calibrated the PCM, Same with the TCM.

I have no PATS option but I've read somewhere that these new models need FDRS w/ NAFTS credentials?

My Ford dealer does not accept a 2nd hand module for programming.

Any help is much appreciated!

Attached is the immobilizer & PSCM DTC's.

You need to use FDRS Lite to clear PATS error.
google or chat GPT: FDRS Lite
