Have a 07 f150. Check engine light came on and showed over retarded cam position something something. Bank 1 and bank 2. Run out fine but at stop signs would almost die and go to missing. Lot of research later unhooked both sensor and would run okay. Yesterday pulled the valve covers changed them and fired it up. Seemed to idle good and engine light went away, few miles down the road began again. Aftermarket part is it oem sensitive? Lol what am I missing here.. know nothing about these motors.
