Default 91 f250 460 fuel issue

I put $25 in the rear tank since the front tank leaks. Haven’t used the front tank in almost a year. Put the fuel in the rear and noticed the gauge just said e. So I said to myself well I know it’s got fuel. Drive 12 miles and it starts spitting and sputtering and could not drive under its own power. It would idle but very bad. Had to have it towed. But I noticed that the front tank was leaking. So even thou the switch was on the back tank it returned it to the front.

The rear tank fuel module is faulty. The entire assy needs to be replaced not just the fuel pump.
