My sister-inlaws Tbird has s charging problem.The battery loses charge.Thought it was the alternator but with a new one I can still only pull 12.5 volts.Replaced the alternator again and same problem.Pulled fuses to see if I could trace a short but after pulling fuses it still didn't jump to 13.5-15 volts.Does anybody have any sggestions to help me.
