Unhappy 93 ford 460 problems

I have a 93 f-350 with a 460. # 8 cylinder has 35lbs of pressure, plug looked like it had tar on it bad so i put a new plug in to see if it would fire but did'nt, pulled that plug and it was wet and turning black. It appears to have oil below # 8 inbetween head and down the block(blown head gasket??????????) I did notice water on top of the overflow after i shut it off and poped the hood, does that mean anything??????? no milky oil! Blown head gasket, piston, rings ???????????????????HELP PLEASE

Perform a cylinder leak down test on #8. That will tell you if it's a valve, or piston related. What was the compression on cylinder 7?

With the radiator cap removed do you see any oil film, slug? Does the coolant bubble when the engine is cranking? Overflow bottle bubbling?
