Off the wire harness going totthe alternator I have 2 wires not counting the thick wire both are light green with red stripe 1 tests possitive the other neg, my pigtail has 3 wires all black what goes to whT

 

You need to explain this better and in more depth than the gibbrish you posted.

How about you tell us the whole story ?
If your vehicle has a charging problem and you decided to pull the plug out of the alt and the wires came out.
Chances are that was the problem, corrosion at those contacts.
