Default Changing ignition cylinder and keys

I bought a 2001 Lincoln Town Car and wrecked a 2002 Town Car. Since I have 3 keys for the 2002 and only 1 key for the 2001, I want to change the ignition cylinder so I have 3 keys for it. I can change the ignition cylinder easily but even though the keys obviously fit they would not start the car. I found out that the ignition cylinder and keys need to be be able to get by the security mechanism. Can anyone help me to get the ignition cylinder and keys fro the 2002 start the 2001 car.

The only people that can help you now would be ,
A certified locksmith with access to security info
A ford dealership
A shop or person that has access to the info and the tool to reprogram the vehicle PCM.

So the process of turning on and off 3 times and waiting for dash sensors to go out will not work eh?

If it were only that simple, it would be great, unfortunately, , There is a lot more to this than a simple fix.
