So I have a 2001 2wd F150 with a 4.2 engine in it and I was wondering what I can do to add more horsepower to my truck. I already have a K&N Air Intake put in it. So if you have any ideas please let me know and send me some links if you can. Thanks!

 

It is a manual transmission by the way.
