Help! Can’t find this part!!
I have a ‘94 conversion van and the door lock fob stopped working. My son found the control unit on the drivers side, mounted to the wall. The circuit board had a burnt spot. There is a number stamped on it but that hasn’t been any help. Apparently there was a sticker on it with the real part number but it was ripped off.
the stamped number is E7EB-14A624-AA. Anyone know where I can find this.
or can I have an aftermarket unit installed?

If you do a google search the very first result you can see this: https://www.autoecmstore.com/products/e7eb14a624aa
$425 + $22 shipping - $100 core = $347 then + whatever a shop charges you for programming a new or used one back to your van.
Fix it yourself $5 to $20 all it takes is some basic soldering skills. Simply inspect the burnt spot more than likely a blown capacitor, just desolder it and solder new one in. If you see the burnt spot on the PCB try to clean first, and worst case just create a solder bridge to bypass the burnt spot on the PCB. You have zero risk when your BCM module is already stop working, why waste $450 when you can take a chance and fix it yourself with zero risk.

There might be a few sitting in salvage yards,,worth a try. If you call them, they can tell you if they have any vans.sitting out there,
Just ask if they have any vans close to the year of yours. You may need to take the tools to remove it. AND go shopping !

If you can program it yourself or know someone who can do it for free then salvage yard is good. If not, the salvage yard is not going to reimburse you for the programming fee if you get a BCM module from them that's also bad.
