Default Interior Lighting Issue in 2014 Ford Taurus

Hello. I'm hoping to see if anyone else is having this issue and if so, how they resolved it.
I switched my interior lights to LEDs. Now my dome lights only work when ALL lights are turned on with the switch, or the door is open. The individual buttons do not turn the lights on. My glove box light and my trunk light do not work as well. I switched them BACK to regular lights and I still have the same issue.
The middle light in the rear lights works but the other 2 do not.
Thoughts?

One of the reasons we choose LED's is because they do use less power when operating as compared to regular lamps. Some LED's require a ballast resistor to operate correctly and if this is absent they will never work. Make sure the ones you chose do not require a resistor. Some come with an internal resistor while others do not.
If it was only that simple like just changing a light bulb.

The weird part is that they work if I turn on all the lights with my dimmer switch, but not if I hit the individual buttons. I swapped them back to regular lights and I still have the same problem. Maybe a wiring issue?

Did they work correctly before you changed them all out? I'd suggest finding the electrical schematic and tracing the lines or posting it here.
