Liquid coming out of my car

Hi everyone

Could you let me know what is this liquid coming out of my car?

Hard to tell,
could be rusty coolant. Next step would be to check all the fluid levels under the hood.
Not a good idea to operate the vehicle until you have some idea what it is and where it is coming from.
