Exclamation NEED HELP with heat issues [Ford Freestar '04]

So apparently, my Ford Freestar '04 is making this weird, loud rumbling noise in the front and no heat comes out of the vents in the front of the car.

Anyone have the know how on how to fix?
HELP!

With the engine warmed up, pop the hood and feel both the inlet and outlet hoses for the front heater core. If both hoses are hot, then you have coolant circulation thru the heater core and you need to look at your blend door inside the vehicle. If one hose is warm/hot and the other cold, then your heater core is plugged and needs back flushed along with flushing your entire cooling system.
