Rearend grabbing in 78f-150 4X4

Rearend grabbing in 78f-150 4X4

I have a 78 Ford F-150 4x4 that i recently put a rearend in and now when i lock it in 4wd my rearend grabs any ideas on what it is or how to fix it?

My first thoughts are ; was the gear ratio the same as the one you removed?
