Code is related to "Intake manifold runner control".
Look at the intake manifold for 2 links that operate internal air pathways. Located at the back of the manifold one or possibly both of the rods may have dropped off and became disconnected. Use special clips/ retainers . An elastic band will work temporarily to hold the link in place and still allow the pieces to move.
