Recently bought a 2006 freestar 4.2 . The van had a pretty bad miss and when i took it to have the codes read it showed something about ignition coil A. I replaced the coil pack and the van wouldn't start at all so I put the old coil back on and it fired right up. So at this point I'm thinking they sold me a bad coil, so I go buy another one from Napa and the same thing happened, wont start with a new coil but fires right up with the old one. So I try 3rd new coil and the same thing happens again. I have called every mechanic in town and taken it to several shops and no one can tell me what the issue is. The only idea anyone had was that it was a bad PCM plug or that there was a bad wire somewhere. This thing is driving me crazy just looking for some help
