2004 freestar cigarette lighter removel

how do you remove and replace the front cigarette lighter and what is the fuse number for the passenger cigarette lighter

Never had to replace the front cigar lighter, but it is fuse #57 in the HIGH LOAD fuse panel located under the hood.
