Hi everyone, had the exact same problem everyone else is describing last Friday. If someone can send me the directions to my e-mail, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Absolutely happened to me today after a big day "yard sale'ing". I have a 2005 ford freestar, handle came off in my hand. Doesn't appear to be broken, however, it doesn't stay in.

Can I please have the directions to fix as well, since I definately cannot afford a $300-500.00 repair.

Thank you.
