Default 2005 new alternator new problems

Just replaced alternator in a 4.2L Freestar and now the speedometer is out and he power sliding doors aren't responding. Also the trac off, ABS and Parking brake instrument lights remain on during driving. The code checks are P1502 and P2006. Could a control module failed during jump charge? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Did you reconnect this ground lead to the front alternator bolt?

Yes all leads were reconnected. All fuses intact also. Still have same issues.

You might try a forced reset. Remove negative cable from the battery post, hold the end against the positive cable terminal for approx 30 sec then reconnect it to the negative battery post and see if helped.
