I have a 04 Freestar that the door locks wont work when the inside temp gets over 100 degrees. I have to hit either side lock switch 6-10 times before they open or lock. If I drive it and cool the inside down they work fine. This also goes for the rear vent windows. I can hear the relays click they are under the dash on the drivers side on a big pcb. Does any one know if the relays are replaceble or do I have to replace the board. If the board has to be replaced does the key remote have to be reprogramed?
