FYI...Check your BLUE hose after running the engine for a while and make sure that it's not collapsing. The hose is probably of silicone and is very flexible. Due to high vacuum at that point, along with the engine heat makes the hose even more flexible. The vacuum could collapse the hose causing excessive internal engine pressure which in turn can blow engine seals.

FWIW the STA-BIL company now makes a fuel additive just for extended storage of gasoline containing 10% ethanol. It is GREEN (where the regular STA-BIL product for pure gasoline is RED) and seems to do a really nice job of solving both the running and storage issues associated with gasohol.

Figured I would mention it since you guys were discussing a little earlier in the thread.

Thanks for the tips guys, I will keep that in mind.

As for the blue hose, it is holding up well, but I will keep my eye on it.

its most likley the crank sensor.......
