I would like to ask about the electric cable (harnes wiring) for the clock as I did not find any cable in the dash pot after I remove the a/c vent?

Default Thank You JOE!!!

I had just bought a used 2007 Ford Fusion with the analog clock & the bulb was burnt. I am surprised there is not more information about this online as this was one of the few listings I could find that discussed it & solved my problem. I am out here in Cambridge, Ontario & called up ford to see their price & it was $16.52cdn for a stupid led, my god. But thanks to your research on the similar parts I hit up the nearest VW dealership & they had them for only $3.12cdn so I bought 2 just to be on the safe side!!!

I cannot thank you enough cause now I can actually tell the time at night!!! sad but true!!!

Regards,
Paul

Default Hi

I have a 2006 Freestar. To get at the clock bulb I removed the glove box on the top of the dash board.
The bulb clip is a little tough to work.
I priced the bulb at ford, $15+ The clock itself probably costs about that. lol

Smile Clock removal from Ford Freestar

There are actually 4 clips on the bottom of the console which are very hard to get to, what i did was remove the radio, stuck a flashlight in there and pushed the clips in one by one very carefully, they will break if you force them.

Default Thanks jkilpatrick

Just used your detailed instructions on how to remove the clock/vent panel. Worked perfectly!!! Ford now wants $15.50 for the bulb. So, I went with the VW/Audi and the new cost of theirs was $6.03.

Kindest Regards to all that help out on this website.
