Heres what’s up… when the car is when the vehicle is running OK and you take it from park and put it into reverse or drive or anything else right the right side of the transaxle is rotating OK where the left side is not OK therefore that probably means that something‘s broken on that right side is that correct? There is a lock nut holding the stub of the outer CV joint splines engaged with the wheel hub assy. Has that come loose or off ?
