Hi Dan,
Before offering any suggestions to help spend your hard earned $$$$ , We always inquire why you need to replace the EGR valve. Many times replacing a part may not be the correct solution. Would you care to bring us up to speed on what is going on?

I was looking to replace the gasket and clean it out. first. But having trouble getting the second bolt out. I read what the book said. we start the car. pluged car in and fired egr codes. Looking to first clean and see if this helps. purchased gasket already. Thanks for helping.

The code you gave is incomplete, can you check and provide the correct code?

Dan,
I looked at your print out and ,,,,,,,,,,well ,,I don't agree with what they "sold" you.
Might be a good idea if you checked your vehicle's air filter installation and also find out why there are temp codes displayed.

There are reasons for what the air filter is doing affecting engine performance and you might want to do a little more research before spending a lot of time ,effort and $$$ that will not provide a real solution.
