I had someone changed my transmission fluid and they put the wrong kind, I need to know how or do I flush this out and what is that right transmission fluid to use for a 2011 Ford fusion SE

 

If it is an automatic, what was the reason for the fluid change, and did they replace the filter. You may need to do the whole operation again with the correct fluid . Do you have the owner's manual, if so the spec will be listed in there.
