2019 Fusion AUTOLOCK
I have a 2019 Fusion SE. I cannot find where or how to permanently disable AUTOLOCK. All the doors automatically lock at a speed of 12 miles per hour. This is very annoying to me. I don't want to be locked in my car when driving. I know you can unlock every time you start up with the unlock button, but that's a pain in the neck. My dealer was no help - told me it had something to do with the new shift ****. Sounds like a bunch of baloney to me. Disabling AUTOLOCK was a snap on my 2013 and 2016 Fusions. Can anyone out there help me?
Some features can be "Enabled or Disabled". Some of these features can be altered with the use of a quality scan tool as a "special function". As for your particular vehicle I would suggest that you check with a different Ford dealership service dept.
