Question Door replacement

Can I replace a door without side molding with a door that has side molding?

You didn't say what year the vehicle was, since some older vehicles had retaining clips to hold moldings while most later years just used an adhesive that can be softened and removed. If everything else is the same you can remove the stick on moldings to match the rest of the vehicle.

Hi again it is also a 4 door. We want to replace front passenger door. The door we found says in the description "w/ side molding holes". Our original door does not have any side molding...
Since its the exact same color as our car we would really like to get it but want to make sure its the same fit. We figured we could just add the side molding? What do you think?

If possible speak with someone at the place where you plan to purchase and make sure there are no holes for the side moulding because they are not required.
