Default frayed wire
does anyone know what this wire is called after getting a new starter they didn’t hook this back correctly and now o need a new one car won’t start

The pictures don't show enough of all the things they worked on.

What is the reason you won't have them correct what "THEY" did ? You did pay for this work, right ?
