2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium. 2 days ago I upgraded membership at Club Carwash to a plan that came w/undercarriage wash. Car was missing splash guard I found out 4 months after I bought. Never had an issue with this car until I went through car wash on Saturday. Now car shakes.

P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
Can someone please help me out with this one? I'm sure water got into a place it shouldn't have. But I don't know how to fix it.

A good part of the time, this might just go away when the moisture evaporates. If after a few days of driving in clear dry weather it doesn't go away , you most likely will need to have a shop check out the vehicle.
