Noise that shouldn't be there
I have a 2012 Fusion (my first Ford), I've had it about 31/2 years, all and all I'm pretty happy with it. I am having an intermittent issue. When I'm driving down the road I'll hear a slight clinking sound - like a chain or piece of metal hitting - it's not very loud. When this happens and I step on the breaks they sound like they should have been replaced months ago and when I turn into my parking place (a right turn) there is a noise like maybe something is locked up and not moving. I took it in and had the back breaks and rotors replaced, they said the front was fine. They also took out the caliper pins, cleaned and re-greased. I was good for about a week and then it happened again yesterday. Any thoughts?
