Default Suspension

can I put 18's on my 06 ford fusion without changing the suspension? and if i do have to change the suspension, how much does that cost approx.

I always recommend smaller rims. The less sidewall area on the tire the stiffer the ride and the more likely you are to crack the rims anyhow because bigger rims only fit in the same area with tires that have no sidewall. Plus the less sidewall on the tires the more the car as a whole gets hammered around - breaking and battering everything from suspension parts to important things like the frame or unibody welds.
