Default Tree Sap???

My husband and I recently purchased a new Fusion. LOVE IT!

Of course, a bit obsessed about it's appearance, because it's new. Should I worry about tree sap? It's not big globs of it in places, more like morning dew type thing. Tiny speckles of sap all over the car. My husband has asked me to take it to get it cleaned, now would be the second cleaning of the week, and that can get pricey. Should this be this concerning? Is tree sap going to destroy our paint?

Thanks for anyone's time.

Lori

Tree sap can be very bad. If you use a goodwax it will help prevent damage. If you don't use a good heavy wax the sap can adhere to the paint and if let on too long will cause discoloration. I'd suggest a car cover instead.
