Smile 1965 Mustang Fastback Carburetor Leak

The car has been sitting for 10 years or so.
When you try and crank it the carburetor is leaking fuel.

Below are a few pictures of where the gas is coming from.
No gas was leaked at the time the pictures were taken.

Was wondering what you guys thoughts were and what you would suggest?

Thanks so much for your time.

You could try these two things.
Rap the inlet part where the fuel comes into the carb and maybe you can dislodge a stuck needle and seat.
If that doesn't stop the leak you may need to remove the 5 or 7 screws that hold the air horn part on the carb and disconnect any links and remove that top cover(air horn). Be careful doing this because there is a gasket under there and rough handling can damage it. Once removed you should see the float and the needle valve that is attached to it. If it does not seal when the level comes up to the proper float setting it will allow excess fuel to enter the float bowel and result in flooding the engine and leaking out the vent. You would be wise to get a current kit to rebuild the carb because unless the needle is all brass the neoprene point on the needle will swell and give inaccurate levels because unleaded fuel will attack neoprene and make it swell. They did not have unleaded fuel back then when the carbs were built if I remember correctly.
