2014 Mustang - PATS Key programming
Hello - I have a 2014 Mustang and one factory functioning key. I also have an IDS/VCMII diagnostic tool. I am planning to purchase a second set of key and
reprogram both keys. Would anyone know whether would I need some special dealer immobilization/activation code, or can I simply erase the keys and program 2 new ones ? Thanks in advance.

Ok - clarifying the query. There are two forms of PATS authorization control on Fords.
One requires an incode/outcode process and the other uses a 10 minute delay.
Does the Mustang use the delay method or does it use incode/outcode
