Binding/Grinding noise when turning

Binding/Grinding noise when turning
Greetings, I own a 2007 GT/CS convertible. When turning left or right and moving forward I hear a grinding noise coming from the front tires. This noise does not happen when turning the wheel while standing still. Any suggestions? Thank you
