I saw a video earlier showing where its supposed to be on an 02 mustang but I don't see it anywhere in my vehicle Appreciate the help everyone.

 

as per sae requirements it must be in the driver compartment no further than 16 inches from vehicle center line.


Consistency of Location - The vehicle connector shall be located in the passenger compartment in
the area bounded by the driver's end of the instrument panel to 300mm beyond the vehicle centerline,
attached to the instrument panel, and accessible from the driver's seat. The preferred location is
between the steering column and the vehicle centerline. The vehicle connector shall be mounted to
facilitate mating and unmating.

It would be above your right knee, center lower dash panel. Looking from the foot well on up above the gas peddle to center dash you should see the DLC..
