how do i identify 302 i'm working on for a friend?

it's been rebuilt by a reman company and is being used in a 64 F-100 street rod.

need a rocker arm and some other parts for it, and with today's parts stores they need to know production year more than ever

 

there should be some numbers located on the block near the timing chain cover and on the front of the heads those numbers tell what they are and when they were made
