whining noise at high speeds??

i drive a stock 2001 v6 mustang and it makes a whining noise when decelerating from speeds above 50mph to lower. What could be the cause of this? also has steering wheel rattles when stopped occasionally.

Where is the noise coming from (front, back, left, right, etc.)?
