Hey everyone, I'm new to the Ford scene. I just got my first Ranger now I'm looking to do some customizing. first i've been looking for some smoked tail lights, but no one has any 07 stuff yet. does anyone know who has a good selection of aftermarket parts for these? also I'm looking for a billit grill but i need to find stock factory one to cut up first, i currently have the xlt grill and it might be a lot harder to cut up

the tail lights 0n a 07 are the same from I would say 2001 on, ford just makes cosmetic changes to them every couple of years. 06, 05, and 04 tail lights should fit in your 07. The grille on a 07 is the same as the 06 and 05 I THINK, NOT SURE THOUGH. Go to therangerstation.com for other resources.
