Default 2.3 L clutch replacement? (1994)

Hey guys! Just getting ready to replace the clutch...

Not my first time replacing a clutch. I've done it before, but I do have a predicament this time. I drive this truck daily M-F. I want to do the clutch install over a weekend, and there's no machine shop here to machine the flywheel and I DO HAVE SOME CLUTCH HOP. So....

1. Do I sand the flywheel myself?

2. Do I grab a junkyard flywheel and have it machined ahead of time (to make the one day swap easier)

3. Do I order a new flywheel online? I kinda want a new flywheel anyway, BUT, I don't know if the new one would come with the pressure plate alignment pins.

And btw, is the flywheel size the same for all 1988-1994 4 and V6 engines?

Also, should I replace the slave? The truck has 135k on it.
