2001 ranger xly sat 3 years
Just bought it & radio,wipers & speedo won't work. all fuses good. It sat for three years. could all three problems be related? 2001 xlt

Yes.!
Power to the components is half the story, the other half could be the ground connection(s) involving those components.
Appears those components are supplied power from the ign switch,something else to check.
Do you have any kind of electrical test equip to use ? Multimeter, voltmeter , or non powered test light ?
