I have a 2003 ranger with a 3.0 engine stting code 1336.
It has a new cam sensor and oil pump drive. still sets code 1336.
HELP

 

Maybe try unhooking the battery cable for about 30 min. I know it sounds shady, but sometimes it does work. I put 2 new o2 sensors in a F-150, and the code kept popping up. It did the battery thing, and have not seen it since. Worth a shot, its free!
