I'm looking to rebuild my 2001 explorer with the Windsor 302 engine, I want to have at least 350 to without using and power boosters such as NOS and turbos and such, i am on a slight budget but can do almost everything myself, i have the gt40p heads as well

 

Do you have any type state inspection you need to consider?

 

I will in 3 years when I move to Colorado but as it stands it passes emissions
