Default 93 ranger wont start

hello all, first time poster in the ford forum. i know there are a lot of you guys here that have a lot of useful information and hopefully somebody can help me and hopefully i can eventually help you guys out as well...

well as the title states, i have a 93 ford ranger that will not start. i had a fender bender last night and i love tapped the back of somebody. when i turned the truck off to wait on the cops and the accident report and what not, i didnt know my truck wouldnt start back up. well the cop was familiar with the ranger and guided me to a switch that had popped. only thing is he didnt know how to reset it. so i am hoping one of you guys can help me reset this switch so i can get my truck moved and back to my house. the switch is on the passenger side on the fire wall underneath the carpet close to the A/C filter.

any and all help is much appreciated it...thank you

Sounds like the INERTIA Switch popped like it should have. Just need to push down on the WHITE button to reset the switch.
